About Me | I'm an English major who believes art is life. |
I Would Like To Meet | I mean like, almost anyone. But specific preferences... maybe Hayley Williams? She seems super nice. |
Interests | Movies, music, books, poems, you name it. I'm all about trying to find beauty in the mundane and transforming it into the abstract! |
First Song You Played on WCDB | Breakwater by Chocolat & Akito |
Favorite Artist(s) | Right now it's Ryuichi Sakamoto, but check into the show whenever you get a chance - I'll always be listening to something different! |
Favorite Movie(s) | Anything by Park Chan Wook - but specifically Decision to Leave |
Favorite Book(s) | Too difficult to say, really. I love Tess of the D'Urbervilles, but it's not really light reading. Also think Slave Old Man by Patrick Chamoiseau is absolutely unbelievable. There are way too many amazing authors out there. |
Hero(s) | Ryuichi Sakamoto, easily. I hope to emulate his respect and awe for the world, and his measured approach. |
